We will meet Sunday, April 14, 2019 at Villa De Claricini (Moimacco - UD): we start with the mindfulness experience looking for the ideal balance of our energies, receiving calm and serenity from the nature in which we will be immersed. We will free our minds from the stress and focus on the present: close our eyes, breathe slowly, listen to the silence and awaken your senses.
After a moment all for us, we will gradually immerse ourselves in a journey to discover the flavors of the territory, in a conscious tasting that will involve and stimulate our perceptive abilities.
With our eyes closed we will get prepared to taste a selection of De Claricini wines paired with finger foods based on local products (Mimì Street Catering): an olfactory and palatal analysis, to learn to recognize the organoleptic qualities of wine and the art of matching it to the food properly.

During the spring-summer period, the event will be hosted by different wineries, giving the opportunity to participants to discover the territory and Friulian food and wine excellences with a new approach.
