We will meet on Friday 17 May 2019 at 4.00 pm in the Ramandolo DOCG area, at the distillery Ceschia, recently renovated, where we will discover the history of the most famous Italian distillate: the Grappa.
We will begin the experience with a guided tour of the distillery, to reveal how it is produced and what are the elements that characterize this very high quality grappa: a fascinating journey through the stills, the aging area and the tasting room. Finally, we will participate in an introductory lesson about the grappa tasting, led by the regional president of the ANAG FVG with 3 different types of grappa with local products.
A few steps away from the distillery we find "I Comelli" winery, where hills and mountains merge into a unique ecosystem. The family, with a great vocation for hospitality, will be waiting for us at 6.00 pm for a guided tour of the winery.
The tour will end at the winery, where we will delight our palate with a wine tasting, first of all the Ramandolo DOCG and with dinner: a kitchen that express the bond with the territory.
The price of this experience is € 40.00: including an introductory lesson to Grappa tasting with the regional president of the ANAG FVG, visits and tastings and dinner.
